Multi User scalable encrypted document management software, suitable for small businesses or departmental use.
The starter system contains 3 users, 5 SQL databases, each with 10 cabinets (a cabinet has up to 8 index fields).
Each Database can store a maximum of 250,000 documents, made up of all file types.
Most common file types are able to be viewed using the built in Oracle viewer.
Additional OfficioDM Pro users can be purchased in packs of 3, 6. 9, or 12 (to a maximum of 15).
All product updates and remote support are free of charge for the first year.
